2. Eligibility

Tytan Athletics specializes in custom athletic apparel, uniforms, and related products. Due to the custom nature of many of our products:

  • Colors, designs, and final products may vary slightly from digital mockups or samples.

  • Production timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Once production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time without notice.

4. Orders and Payments

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or availability.

If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, refunds will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

5. Custom Orders, Refunds, and Returns

Because most Tytan Athletics products are custom-made:

  • All sales are final once production has started.

  • Refunds or replacements will only be issued in cases of manufacturing defects or errors caused by Tytan Athletics.

  • Claims for defective or incorrect items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Normal wear and tear, sizing issues, or customer-approved design errors do not qualify for refunds or replacements.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by production schedules, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

  • Tytan Athletics is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or force majeure events.

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including but not limited to logos, designs, graphics, text, images, videos, and software, is the property of Tytan Athletics or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Customer-Provided Content

By submitting designs, logos, trademarks, or other materials to Tytan Athletics, you represent that:

  • You own or have permission to use the content.

  • The content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

You agree to indemnify and hold Tytan Athletics harmless from any claims arising from customer-provided content.
